At BAM, we will strive to ship all products ordered from us within 7 days of the order being placed.

The 7 day period does not include weekends or any items that are back ordered

We will ship by best possible means to reach you on time

We cannot control delays by the shipper and will not be responsible for any damage done to any item by the shipping company.  Any damage done during transport will be the responsibility of the customer to achieve resolution of the problem with the shipping company.

Many of our items are drop shipped from either the manufacturer or from one of BAM's suppliers.  In these cases, the drop shipping company is responsible for any damage or delay in shipping.  Any problems will have to be resolved through the drop ship company.

We will do our best to update our customers of any delays in shipping and will provide a tracking number(s) as applicable from the shipping company used.
